Marco Corvaglia holds a degree in Humanities and is an independent Italian scholar whose work centers on the historical-critical analysis of religious phenomena regarded as miraculous.
He is the author of the book La verità su Medjugorje [The Truth About Medjugorje] (Lindau, Turin 2018) and lectured on "The Hidden Roots of Medjugorje" at the 2013 Conference of the International Cultic Studies Association (ICSA).
